Decarbonizing steel making in China through circular economy approaches
Abstract
In this issue of One Earth, Li and Hanaoka explore technological and policy options for decarbonizing China’s iron and steel sector, which produces more than half of the world’s crude steel. We expand on the discussion to consider opportunities and challenges associated with circular economy approaches of steelmaking.
